Let the festivities begin!

Even before Hallowe'en was upon us stores were already preparing for the big event of the year: Christmas.

Yes, folks, that time is upon us again. The snow hasn't started yet (but it's coming soon!) and as yet I haven't seen any Easter eggs for sale but let it be said that Jule is just around the corner.

Today I walked along Ste-Catherine Street on my way to work and just about every storefront was under construction. By that I mean that they were busy transforming their windows into Christmas scenes.

I love it.

This time of year is probably my favourite. There's just something about the bright lights, the music, the whole feeling!
